NOTES
* Non-office hours use on Friday, the day before a public holiday, CUHK holiday, Saturday or Sunday and before office hours use on the day after the previous captioned holiday, will counts as two days.

#The minimum charge for each AV/IT support staff is 4 hours on non-office days (Saturday, Sunday, public holidays, and CUHK holidays). On office days, it should extend beyond normal office hours if overtime support is required. Charges will still apply if there is no prior cancellation of any loan-related job request.
@ In general recording cases, items 2-4 are combined, resulting in a rate of $2400 per hour for video recording, editing/digitization, and output to the user.
% The wireless microphones for SHAW Auditorium and CSB SR1 are rechargeable. Users can recharge them at the docking station of the venue lectern or using a USB type-c cable. For other venues, we will provide a maximum of 5 sets of batteries for consecutive use. Please return used batteries to our office for renewal or replace them with your own AA batteries.
